I’m offering monthly and quarterly massage memberships to help clients keep costs down while maintaining their wellbeing and prioritising their health. This is the perfect option for those of you with chronic pain, illness or who want to keep yourself physically and mentally more balanced.

The membership will include two post treatment whatsapp check ins, and the option to have a follow up call to go over any exercises or questions you might have. Memberships only apply to in clinic appointments rather than at Home services, but can be used in any Applesea Therapies location (except Reach Physiotherapy).
All additional clinical massage appointments added as one offs will be charged at £60 per treatment. Membership clients will also automatically receive a £10 discount on Hot Stones and At Home treatments if they wish to add a different extra treatment as a one off.

Terms and Conditions
A monthly or quarterly (dependent on your selected membership) charge of £60 will be charged to your card when we set up your membership through Jane, my booking software.
No credit card data is stored in your Jane account. When you enter credit card information into Jane, Jane creates and keeps a secure token that can be used to reference that information. But the actual sensitive information is sent to and stored within their payment partner Stripe, which holds the highest security certification in the industry.
You will be charged each month (or each quarter); the start of each billing period, which is to say the same date each month or quarter based on the date you first started your membership. You can cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel within the billing period and you have not used your massage, then you will have until the end of that billing period to use that treatment.
If you wish to add extra treatments to your membership, membership pricing will apply to any clinical massage appointments, and a £10 discount will apply to hot stones massage or at home massage visits.
My 48 hour cancellation policy applies to membership appointments the same as non-membership. I will endeavour to reschedule any appointments cancelled within the 48 hours, but the full fee is liable. Cancellation prior to this 48 hour period can either be refunded, credit applied to your account or the appointment can be rescheduled.
Pricing may increase in line with non-membership pricing in the future, but will always stay cheaper than non-membership pricing. If pricing is going to increase I will write to membership holders giving them a minimum of 30 days notice to decide if they wish to continue with their membership.
If last minute slots come up, membership clients will get priority booking for these slots. Membership clients also get priority booking over evening appointments.
