A one off amount, dependent on which package you select will be charged to your card when we set up your package through Jane, my booking software. 

No credit card data is stored in your Jane account. When you enter credit card information into Jane, Jane creates and keeps a secure token that can be used to reference that information. But the actual sensitive information is sent to and stored within their payment partner Stripe, which holds the highest security certification in the industry. 

You will be charged once per package. You then have a set amount of time to use those treatments, which is stated in the package description. If after purchase you change your mind or are having trouble using your appointments, please get in touch to discuss your options.

If you wish to add extra treatments to your package these will be charged at the package rate (eg the cost per treatment included in the package). No other discounts will apply.

My 48 hour cancellation policy applies to package appointments the same as non-package. I will endeavour to reschedule any appointments cancelled within the 48 hours, but the full fee is liable. Cancellation prior to this 48 hour period can either be refunded (for unused treatments), credit applied to your account or the appointment can be rescheduled. Packages are non-transferrable however it is possible to issue gift vouchers in lieu of unused treatments.
